Femtika Nanofactory: Revolutionizing Laser Technology

An Innovative Laser 3D Workstation by Entech Group UAB

Entech Group UAB introduces the Femtika Nanofactory, a groundbreaking laser workstation that combines cutting-edge technology with sleek design. This state-of-the-art device is set to revolutionize the field of laser manufacturing, offering high accuracy and versatility for a wide range of applications.

The Femtika Nanofactory, designed by Karolis Bakūnas and his team, is a result of extensive research and collaboration with industry experts. The goal was to create a user-friendly device that could be easily modified to meet specific needs and requirements. The design team analyzed competitors and incorporated innovative, modern design and construction solutions to make the Nanofactory stand out.

One of the unique features of the Femtika Nanofactory is its modular design. The workstation is divided into two separate modules: the bottom part houses the laser's control system and computers, while the upper part holds the femtosecond laser device. This modular approach allows for easy access and servicing of the device.

The Nanofactory's front door is a standout feature, automatically sliding up and down with the press of a button. This space-saving design ensures convenience and efficiency in laboratory settings. The side covers, lightweight and removable, further enhance accessibility and ease of use.

Entech Group UAB has prioritized customization with the Femtika Nanofactory. The device is designed to be easily modified according to specific needs, making it a versatile tool for researchers and scientists. It includes a mounting system for two monitors and a keyboard, allowing users to operate the system with ease.

When it comes to the construction of the Nanofactory, the design team spared no expense. The internal structure is made from solid stainless steel tubes, ensuring durability and stability. The exterior covers are a combination of aluminum and stainless steel, with grey and white steel sheets bent and CNC milled orange aluminum parts. The result is a sleek and modern design that catches the eye.

Technical specifications of the Femtika Nanofactory include dimensions of 916 x 1144 x 2249 mm and a weight of approximately 280 kg without laser equipment. The device features a vibration-less bottom made from special granite to minimize environmental vibrations. It also boasts a cooling system with ventilators and LED lighting inside. The Nanofactory is hermetic, preventing dust from entering and compromising its performance.

The Femtika Nanofactory is not only a technological marvel but also a testament to the design team's dedication and ingenuity. It has already garnered recognition, winning the Bronze A' Design Award in the Prosumer Products, Tools, and Machinery Design category in 2020. This prestigious award celebrates designs that exhibit technical excellence and contribute to improving quality of life.

With its sleek design, modular construction, and cutting-edge technology, the Femtika Nanofactory is set to become a flagship device in the field of laser manufacturing. Its versatility, user-friendliness, and customization options make it a valuable tool for researchers, scientists, and innovators around the world.
